Precision + Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Precision+, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the final results, please notify us within 48 hours of project completion so we can evaluate and address the concern.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Work was not completed according to the written service agreement

  • A measurable portion of the job was not performed

  • A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount, etc.)

  • Precision+ determines that a refund is the appropriate resolution after inspection

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference after work has been completed according to industry standards

  • Issues arising from client negligence, including touching wet paint, placing objects against freshly painted surfaces, or improper paint care

  • Damage caused after job completion

  • Work that was altered, modified, or completed by another contractor

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, unless the project is canceled by Precision+.
Deposits secure scheduling, materials, and labor allocation.

Change Requests

Any changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges. Refunds are not issued for work that must be redone due to client-initiated changes.

Project Cancellation

In the event the client cancels a scheduled project after materials have been purchased or labor has been allocated, the client agrees to compensate Precision+ for the following:

  • Material costs incurred for the project

  • Labor already performed prior to cancellation

  • A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total project estimate, applied to administrative, scheduling, and labor allocation costs

  • The 50% deposit, which is non-refundable under all circumstances and retained regardless of cancellation

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days, returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
