Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Precision+. By accessing our website or hiring us for services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

​

Precision+ offers residential and commercial:

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Staining and wood restoration

  • Pressure washing and surface cleaning

  • Minor prep work and related services

​

All services will be described in writing prior to work beginning.

​

2. Estimates & Pricing

​

2.1 Estimates

All estimates provided by Precision+ are free unless otherwise stated.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

​

2.2 Scope of Work

The scope of work will be included in the written project proposal.
Any changes requested after the agreement is signed may result in additional charges.

2.3 Hidden Conditions

We reserve the right to revise pricing if we discover unforeseen conditions such as:

  • Rot, decay, or structural damage

  • Mold, mildew, or moisture issues

  • Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC obstructions

  • Surfaces requiring extra prep not visible during inspection

​

A revised estimate will be provided for approval.

​

3. Deposits & Payments

​

3.1 Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to secure materials, scheduling, and labor.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Precision+ cancels the project.

​

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Work is considered completed once the customer walkthrough is offered, even if the customer declines the walkthrough.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash

  • Card

  • Digital payment methods

  • Bank transfer (when applicable)

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

​

4.1 Scheduling

Project dates may be adjusted due to weather, emergencies, or availability.
We will notify the client as soon as possible of any changes.

​

4.2 Client Cancellations

If the client cancels a project after materials have been purchased or labor has been assigned, they may be responsible for:

  • Material costs

  • Labor already performed

  • Up to a 25% cancellation fee

​

5. Job Site Requirements

​

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the job site

  • Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas

  • Ensure pets and children are kept away from work zones

  • Provide electricity and water access when needed

  • Ensure surfaces are free of excessive dirt, clutter, or debris before work begins

​

If job site conditions cause delays, additional fees may apply.

​

6. Surface Preparation & Limitations

​

Precision+ performs standard prep work, including:

  • Caulking

  • Light sanding

  • Minor repairs

  • Pressure washing where applicable

​

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage

  • Paint failure due to moisture, leaks, or previous poor workmanship

  • Cracks, peeling, or other issues reappearing due to underlying conditions

​

Some surface imperfections cannot be fully hidden even after professional prep and painting.

​

7. Paint & Material Selection

​

Clients may choose paint brands and colors.
Precision+ is not responsible for:

  • Color variations caused by lighting

  • Differences between swatches and applied color

  • Client changing their mind after the color is applied

​

Color changes requested after painting begins will incur additional charges.

​

8. Client Responsibilities During Drying Period

​

To protect the work and avoid damage:
Clients must not:

  • Touch wet paint

  • Lean or place objects against freshly painted surfaces

  • Wash or wipe surfaces until fully cured

  • Allow water, dirt, or chemicals to come into contact with drying areas

​

Precision+ is not responsible for damage caused by client negligence.

​

9. Warranty & Satisfaction

​

We guarantee quality workmanship.
If issues arise, notify us within 48 hours of completion for an inspection.

 

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by the client

  • Natural fading

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Moisture issues

  • Pre-existing structural problems

  • Surfaces previously painted improperly

10. Liability

​

Precision+ is not liable for:

  • Personal items damaged if not removed from work areas

  • Delays caused by weather or supply shortages

  • Injuries to individuals not employed by Precision+

​

We carry appropriate business insurance and follow safety standards.

​

11. Website Use & Content

​

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the site

  • Copy content without permission

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with functionality or security

Website material is for informational purposes only.

​

12. Refunds

​

All refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

13. Updates to Terms

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
